The client envisioned using the top two floors of their new residential building to create a private, personal penthouse. From the very beginning, the goal was to design soft, cozy spaces with fluid divisions.

The third floor houses kitchen, living area, and master bedroom, while the fourth floor is dedicated to the children’s bedrooms. Carefully designed furniture plays a central role in organizing the space, subtly dividing rooms and concealing doors within the cabinetry to maintain visual harmony.

Natural, local materials were used throughout the project to ensure a healthy indoor climate year-round. Solid elm was chosen for both the cabinetry and flooring. The interior walls are finished with clay plaster, enhancing breathability and warmth. Alps Glitter stone was used for the bathrooms, shower, and kitchen countertop. In the children's rooms, regional Swiss pine provides a gentle fragrance and calming atmosphere.
